Ingredients

  • Gucchi 50
  • Mozzarella cheese 10
  • Spring onion 5
  • Green capsicum 2
  • Red bell pepper 2
  • Yellow bell pepper 2
  • Button mushroom 5
  • Cottage cheese 5
  • Green chilli 2
  • Ginger 1
  • Green cardamon 2
  • Garam masala 2
  • Hung curd 2
  • Salt 10
  • Red chilli powder 5
  • Ginger-garlic paste 10
  • Corriander powder 5
  • Kasoorimethi 2
  • Cashewnut paste 2
  • Cashewnut paste 10
  • Madras curry sauce
  • Coconut milk 15 ml
  • Madras curry powder 2 gm
  • Salt 2 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 5 gm
  • Brown onion paste 20 gm
  • Tomato purees 10 ml
  • YELLOW CHILLI POWDER 2 GM

METHODS OF PREPARATION

1) Heat the Pan; Pour some oil, Sauté all the above mentioned ingredients along with the Mashed Cottage Cheese (Paneer). 

2) Keep Aside the Mixture to cool for an Hour. Once the Mixture is cooled down, add the Mozzarella into it. 

3) Now stuff the Mixture in the Gucchis. Once the Gucchis are Stuffed, Marinate them and Set aside for other 15-20 mints. Now, Skewer them and Roast them in the Tandoor Oven until cooked.

For Marination:

  • Hung Curd,
  • Red Chili Powder,
  • Ginger Garlic Paste,
  • Coriander Powder,
  • Garam Masala, Kasoori Methi,
  • Cashewnut Paste,
  • Mustard Oil.

For Madras Curry Sauce: 

  • Heat the Oil in the Heavy bottomed pan,
  • add the Ginger garlic paste,
  • add the Brown onion paste, Tomato Puree, Yellow Chilli Powder, Madras Curry Powder.
  • Finish with Coconut Milk.
