1½ cups refined flour
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup yogurt
Milk as required
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup chocolate chips
Butter for greasing
3-4 large red grapes
1 medium peach
Icing sugar for dusting
Maple syrup for drizzling
Sift together flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
Add yogurt and whisk well. Add milk and whisk into a smooth batter.
Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Heat a waffle iron. Grease it with some butter, pour batter, cover and cook till golden from both the sides.
Halve grapes, slice plums and peach.
Place waffles on a serving platter alongwith the fruits.
Dust some icing sugar and drizzle maple syrup on top.
